First, what is the cause of the full black screen in the LED screen?
In the process of using the control system, we occasionally encounter the phenomenon of full black screen in the LED screen. The same phenomenon may be caused by a variety of reasons, and even the process of making the screen blackened varies by different operations or in different environments. For example, it may be black at the moment of power, it may also be black in the process of loading, and it may also be black after the end of transmission, and so on.
1,please ensure that all hardware, including the control system, have all right on the electricity. (+5V, do not answer, wrong)
2, check and again confirm whether the serial port line used to connect the controller is loose or falling off. (if black, while loading, it may be because the causes, namely in the communication of the communication line due to loosening and interruption, so the screen turned black, do not think that the screen is not moving, line would not be loose, please do check, it wants to solve the problem quickly is very important. )
3, check and confirm whether the connection LED screen and the HUB distribution board connected to the main control card are closely connected, and whether or not it is inserted.
Two, what is the reason for a few seconds of bright line or screen floral appearance when the LED display is on the screen?
After connecting the screen controller to the computer and HUB distribution panel and screen, we need to provide +5V power to the controller to make it work normally (at this time, do not connect directly to 220V voltage). On the screen, there will be a few seconds of bright line or flower screen on the screen. The bright line or "flower screen" is a normal test phenomenon. It reminds users that the screen is about to start working normally. Within 2 seconds, the phenomenon is automatically eliminated and the screen enters the normal working state.
Three. The cause of the whole screen is not bright and bright.
1, the connection line of the visual power supply, the 26P line between the unit board and the indicator light of the power module are normal.
2, use the multimeter to measure the normal voltage of the unit board, and then measure whether the voltage output of the power module is normal, if not, it is judged that the power module is bad.
3, measuring the voltage of the power module is low, and the adjustment of the micro tune (the power module is close to the light of the indicator) makes the voltage reach the standard.
Four, what is the reason for the failure to enter or to communicate?
Communication is not much the same as the reason for the inability to enter. It may be caused by the following reasons.
1, ensure that the hardware of the control system has been correctly powered.
2. Check and confirm that the serial line for the connection controller is a straight through line, not a cross line.
3, check and confirm that the serial connection line is intact and there is no loosening or falling off at both ends.
4, control LED display control software and its own choice of control card, choose the right product type, transmission mode, the correct serial number, correct baud rate and control software address provided in the dial switch control system hardware diagram correctly set the baud rate and the bit.
5. Check whether the jumper cap is loose or loose; if the jumper cap is not loose, make sure that the direction of the jumper cap is correct.
